Flair van de Hoevemeester alias Righto was a puppy we kept from our F litter (nest), born in Belgium.

We write this in the shadow of a loss that is too poignant for mere words. Our young dog Righto (Flair van de Hoevemeester) died Thursday, 12 Jun 2008 in the morning, just 2 years and 3 weeks old, as a result of a chemical poisoning. She had been unwell the previous Sunday, vomiting , and quickly became very ill. On Monday morning she was admitted to the animal hospital in Hasselt where they tried everything, but the toxicity and internal damage was enormous, and after 4 days Righto had become too weak and ill. We picked her up and buried her in the back garden during the afternoon, in the pouring rain.
Our world is the poorer for her going.  Rust zacht Righto...je was een knapperd en een lieverd.
