Comment :

This guitar was first built in 1998. It originally had a metallic grey finish that I never really liked. The neck started to backbow soon after it was finished and it was too thick anyway. I had also used plastic fingerboard inlay dots that didn't look very good.

A few years ago, I took it down from the attic where it had been collecting dust and gave it a major facelift in 2005 : I removed the frets, levelled the fingerboard and carved the neck much thinner, replaced the inlay dots with pearl and gave her a new classic black finish.
