1. Bows

The whole deck is covered with teak. On the bows is an electric Maxwell 3500 anchor winch, with CQR anchor and 50 meters of chain. In the chain locker are two fender holders.

2. FLYING BRIDGE

Flying Bridge

Apart from the navigational equipment as mentioned earlier, the flying bridge has a washing-up bowl with hot and cold water, a steering chair, a navigator’s seat and a very large L-bench. All cushions are as good as new. The space under the seat and the bench can be used for storage. The flying bridge can seat 8 people comfortably. The front of the flying bridge holds the air horn and the remotely operated search light. The whole flying bridge is covered with teak.

3. After Deck

After Deck

The aft deck is semi-covered with a GRP roof and the radar arch. On the radar arch we find the radar scanner, the Intellian TV dome (new 2007), the digital TV antenna and the VHF and GPS antennas, as well as the anchor and steaming light. Outside lighting is operated by a dimmer. A hard plastic windscreen protects the after deck of the elements and is attached to heavy duty 1′1/4 polished stainless steel stanchions. A door offers the access to the swimming platform. The after deck measures about 4m20 by 3m90. Equipment 3rd steering position:

4. Swimming Platform

The teak covered swimming platform houses the electric lift for the Novurania 115 Hp jet RIB (in need of service/overhaul). This lift can be remotely operated. A supplementary stainless steel swimming ladder is available. Two hatches give access to a large storage under the swimming platform, containing a bilge pump, the hydraulically operated trim tabs and the rudder, as well as two batteries (2007). The stern thruster is located under the swimming platform. As the storage under the stairs, leading to the swimming platform, is not connected to the inside of the yacht, this can easily be used for storing inflammable goods like the tender′s gasoline. The swimming platform also gives you the use of a hot/cold fresh water shower.

5. VIP Cabin

The fore cabin has a double bed of 1m60 width. The storage comprises a hanging cupboard, drawers, space under the double bed and under the floor. There is direct access to the bathroom. Two opening windows and a hatch offer perfect ventilation. One of the cupboards houses the TV/VHS set.

On PS is a cosy guest cabin with two stacked berths. As all the other berths on board they are 2m00 long.

7. Forward Bathroom

The forward bathroom is located at SB and has a basin, a shower and an electric toilet. The electric toilet can be diverted either to the black water tank or to the sea. The whole bathroom is moulded in GRP, offering a minimum of maintenance.

8. Galley

Also on PS and ahead of the steering position is the open u-shaped galley. Apart from the many lockers and drawers the galley is equipped as follows:

11. Salon

Salon

Two large L-shaped benches offer ample seating for 8 people, as does the salon/eating table. The TV-set can be concealed in its own cabinet, together with DVD-reader and the 3 satellite receivers. Thanks to the stainless steel glass sliding door, the 4 opening windows and the large windscreen the salon feels extremely light and airy. The 6 floor hatches can be removed, offering an easy and practical entry to the engine room. One of the radiators in the salon is blower operated, guaranteeing a swift warming up of this space.

12. Owner's Cabin

The owner’s cabin takes the whole breadth of the ship. It offers a large (1m80) double bed and 4 opening windows. Two of them are large enough to double as escape hatches. There is a beauty table at PS, two large hanging cupboards and many drawers. One of them contains the TV/VHS set. Under the opening bed you will find more storage as well as the 1000 L. water tank. Obviously, there is an en suite with basin, toilet and closed shower.

13. Engine Room

The Holy Place can be accessed either by the six (!) opening hatches in the salon or through a water tight door in the owner’s cabin. It is very well aerated and offers a lot of space when working at the engines or other equipment.
